Do You Find Nutrition Advice Confusing?

If so, I don’t blame you! There are so many fad-diets, health claims, nutrition advice from just about anyone, and loads of “facts” - it can be overwhelming!

I am here to help you understand the right nutrition  approach for your unique body. My food philosophy is about consuming nourishing whole foods that work for your body and no one else’s. Food should make you feel good from the inside-out. Food should be used as medicine, it should be enjoyed and shared with loved ones.


When we work together, I take a whole-body approach - this means we focus on nutrition and lifestyle modifications, supplements, stress management, sleeping habits, and we’ll discuss any mental, emotional, or physical barriers.
